I was notified while I was in the airport on my way to Colorado that the car I asked for was no longer available, but that they were offering me a jeep as replacement. This car was much larger and had worse fuel economy than the car I had rented. With this short of notice I had little option but to accept. This person also texted me several times throughout the week to ask for a five star rating which was a little annoying.
