The pick up location and host communication were ideal. As my flight was the last flight out one night, and was delayed… I was unable to take accurate pictures of the damage on the car prior to leasing it. I appreciate that the host did not charge me for damage that was caused prior to my engagement with the car. The car was very successful and safe in navigating the mountains and was relatively good on gas mileage. The hosts again, were communicative, clear and supportive. Thank you for this experience.

We tried to pick the car up early and never got a response until 30 minutes before check-in. Return and check-in was fine.

Regarding the early pickup, the request was made only a few hours before the scheduled start time, and we were unable to accommodate that last-minute change. The vehicle was prepared and ready before your confirmed 10:00 AM pickup time. We apologize that we were not able to respond sooner to the early pickup request.
What needs to be discussed is that the host took almost 3 hours to respond to an urgent message about the drop off of the car (some information on exact parking location is missing because of this). The car was only used to drive to and from a location so I cannot speak on the full function of the car, but from what I could tell it wasn’t bad.

Windshield cracked, brake light not working sign on, left turn signal not working sign on, bad smelling car. Other than that it has a steering wheel and wheels and gets you where you need to go. Owner was available for communication but for a 2023 it felt like an old car.
