Absolute worst Turo experience. They were MISSING two kids car seats I paid for, the car hadn’t been cleaned, and they didn’t tell me where the car was parked or where the key was.
I used to rent my car on Turo, so it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I gave them every opportunity to make it right, and all they kept saying was “we’re escalating it to management” - 4 times they said that, still nothing. So I had to write this to warn others, especially parents, that I’d find an alternative to this company. I think they rent out a ton of cars, so the chance of having a bad experience is high unfortunately.

Was new to Turo. Pick up was a little different as was drop off but couldn’t beat the price. Wish I got more mileage, but I’ll look for another option next time. Everything else was fantastic. I loved the car and I will continue to rent this type of car. Great experience overall.
