The quality of the car was good and it was clean. The pick up location was in a lot away from the airport, but a shuttle service was available just outside the baggage claim area, so that made getting to the lot easy. The only issue we had was with the car having a booster seat and a car seat in the back storage area. We were four adults with big luggage, so we had to put the seats in between the two backseat passengers, which made for an uncomfortable ride to our destination. We messaged our host to find out what to do with the seats, but the response time was almost an hour, and we did not have time to wait to find out what to do with the seats, so we left. Our host did contact us and said we could go back to the lot to have someone come pick up the seats but we were already about an hour down the road. She asked our location and tried to figure out if there was a place we could meet. That was not possible as we were caravanning with our friends in another rental. She did try to fix the problem, but it was too late. It would have been nice to have had some compensation for the inconvenience.

The Jeep was great and well maintained. Kaitlyn was very communicative and picking the car up was pretty simple and straightforward. Definitely recommend!

Vehicle seems like its gonna cut off at times maybe just needs a tune up but never left me stranded the whole time I had it..

Very helpful, great communication, detail, detailed instructions concerning where to locate certain annuities to complete the check-in process. Easy and seamless, especially if you’re headed into town from the airport.! would use again!
