Car was clean and comfy and roomy. We had a little trouble with the transmission shifting as we accelerated from a stop.

We take our guests safety very seriously. All our cars are checked carefully before each trip. We also are on top of our maintenance with the dealerships and get them checked regularly. Before your trip, it was serviced with Jeep, so I took it in right after your trip to have it checked. They said the transmission is in great condition. We appreciate your concern and hope to host you again.
Dee was super easy to work with and an excellent communicator. Would easily rent from her again.
