The car was damaged, smelled like weed, the response time was below average. They’re only trying to help after because they want a good rating. You can keep my money, I don’t want a discount, I don’t want to refund, I’ll never rent from them again.
The wife was sweet and accommodating. Husband was a dick trying to man up on me! We can tell who wears a pants in this business, and it is not the husband. If you need something done, contact the wife.

Guest booked 1 hour before trip start time and was immediately made aware of the cosmetic damage to the bumper that occurred with the previous Turo guest. He was fine with the news since his booking was last minute. Not until after check out did he demand a refund. Seems like he just wanted something for free. When I attempted to figure out a solution, he became a complete hot head and left a bad review. Will not rent to him again.
The car looks a lot better in photos than it does in person as there are scratches and small dents on probably every panel of the car. There was also a crack in the windshield. Additionally, there were 3 air fresheners in the car that were so overwhelming, we had to put them in the glove box and drive with the windows down for several miles to make it tolerable. What was especially alarming was the fact that of 4 tires there were 3 different brands, indicating that the owner is likely either purchasing used tires or the cheapest that could be found when one was needed. I’ve never experienced this before and I hope not to again. Our safety should be much more of a priority than saving a few bucks!
Generously giving 3 stars because the suv was available on time and ran well.

Pickup and drop off were easy and I appreciated the flexibility of the host when I asked to drop off the car an hour later. The car did smell a little of cigarette smoke and air freshener which hopefully the host can address.
