Car was as described and needed a little more cleaning (ketchup all over steering wheel and seat).
The challenge was pick up! Construction ongoing at airport was 1st delay that was known about… 15 min from airport in ‘The Parking Spot’ shuttle. Drop off at parking lot about 6 rows from where the shuttle drop off was. ( they will not drop you at it’s assigned location like other ‘Parking Spot’ service locations)… Dark and raining... Car not in assigned spot….
After searching for 30 min in the dark, and a wait for response from Turo ‘host’,..We got in another car and drove off into the darkness. They finally messaged us into our 1 hr drive and told us our car was not there but someone else had taken it…. I guess the dominoes kept falling so. Our new car information was communicated to them after we got in and on our way.
