This was my first Turo rental experience, and everything was perfect from beginning to end.
The price was very reasonable, and I really appreciated the respect and professionalism shown to customers. I honestly couldn’t believe how well-maintained this 2019 SUV was. Everything ran smoothly, and the gas mileage was around 30 MPG, which was excellent for my trip.
It’s a beautiful SUV and definitely added many great memories to my Alaska adventure. Hao was extremely friendly, responsive, and professional, which made my first Turo experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable.
So much so that right after this trip, I booked two more Turo rentals in Alaska! Turo has completely changed the way I travel.
Next year, I will definitely contact Hao first to check availability. I hope to see Hao again on my next Colorado trip!

The Host was very responsive and helpful. The car was very clean. Just a minor issue of the key fob icons, having been rubbed off, so it was unclear how to use each button, but the Host replied and helped.
