Car was very roomy for my big family to travel comfortably. Cold a/c and car is fully loaded with anything you can think of. Could not get CarPlay to work but that was not a big deal for us. Would definitely rent again for another trip.

Pick up was smooth and easy, and same with the drop off. Host had good communication. The car was terrible and unsafe- scratches all over it, 166k miles, and worst of all the shocks are completely gone…….the car bounced around terribly over every bump - had to drive slow due to feeling unsafe - dont, don’t, dont rent this car. It should not be on the road
