Car was clean and nice - unfortunately due to an oil filter failure the oil light and engine light came on causing us to have to pull over and stop driving the vehicle. After calling host he replaced our vehicle within 3 hours with another but it cost us half a day of our 4 day vacation.

Thank you for the feedback, Mark. I’m sorry the unexpected oil filter gasket failure disrupted your plans. The vehicle had been serviced just days earlier. Once notified, we immediately arranged a tow and delivered an upgraded replacement vehicle approximately 40 miles away within a few hours. We also waived the Tucson’s refueling charge and provided an additional courtesy refund. We appreciate how responsibly you handled the situation.

The car quality was great. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The instructions were clear and helpful. I was unaware that we would have to take a shuttle to get to the car, but this is to be expected at DEN. Justin offers a delivery service if you do not want to ale the shuttle. He was very helpful and responsive.
