Be aware that the parking lot pickup does not have service.

We had a late flight getting in at 9:50 with the rental starting at 10. She wouldn’t give the code to the lockbox until I sent a selfie with my license in front of the car, even though I had verified my license through Turo the day before. Our bags were delayed and the car location is a 15 minutes shuttle away plus waiting on the shuttle to begin with. She kept asking our eta which I couldn’t give because I was not in control of these circumstances. Eventually was told that she couldn’t help me if I didn’t get to the car by 11. Seemed kind of rude since she was the one keeping us from getting access to the vehicle. The car was also more beat up than the pictures show which wasn’t really a problem. The car drove fine and no other issues with the host outside of this, but the interior also had a smoky smell that wasn’t great.

The vehicle its self is very well taken care of, drive great. In the beginning when I booked the vehicle I asked to get the vehicle earlier and the host did agree however when I was told to edit the pick up time I was having a difficult time and instead of explaining to me the host just repeated himself and added explanation points. I eventually figured it out. I have proof that I filled the gas tank for pick up and the owner wasn’t satisfied with the amount of gas and uploaded pictures from the next day of my rental saying I didn’t fill the tank and wants to charge me an inconvenience fee. I wish he would have reached out to me immediately instead of the next day. He does reply immediately and did have flexibility which I appreciate I just feel that this could have been handled different. I’ve rented several other vehicles and have never had an issue with vehicles or hosts.
