To much just to get the car. I’ve been rent from Turo for a while and this is to many steps just to get the car

Host and car were both excellent. The Parking Spot shuttle driver FELL ASLEEP on our drive from the airport. Their customer service was not great- FYI. Turo and host both perfect.
No smoking allowed
