Joshua, we explained the coolant issue before your trip and could have canceled, but with no replacement vehicles available that weekend, we asked whether you were comfortable taking the car as disclosed. You chose to proceed. We understand the inconvenience, but feel this review leaves out that we communicated the issue upfront and gave you the choice to accept the vehicle or cancel.
Everything was wonderful. The host was very responsive and helpful. The car was perfect for what we need. Pickup and drop off location was very clearly described and steps were provided for a smooth transfer. Could not have asked for a better host for my first Turo rental in a long while - made our trip to Colorado a breeze! Thank you!!!
