The car was a good car and communication was good. The poor rating I am giving this trip is because I had selected At-Airport pickup. It turned out that this car was parked a 15-minute shuttle ride away from DIA (I did not receive details about this pick-up until . This was not at all convenient, and I feel this car should not have been advertised as at-airport.
