Entire process was very easy and simple, great car

Car was dated, but fine. Not fine was that the air conditioner wasn't working (in high elevation 90 degrees, this wasn't acceptable). Merchant knew that it was broke but "forgot" to give me a 'heads up.' I returned early but no refund for days unused. Total waste of time and money and beyond frustrating experience with both Stephen and Turo.

Car was immediately taken to the mechanic that the warranty for the AC was with and the AC was repaired. As well as some other items like replacing the radiator they found was starting to leak while doing the AC.
Car had some intermittent issues in the past, one renter found it wasn't working the first hour they picked it up but that it was working great later during their trip. Wasn't brought in then due to the issue not being present for the mechanic to fix at that time.
First time user and it was much easier and more convenient than a rental place. Great host, good communication and knew the make and model of vehicle. Will definitely use again!!
