We chose this car because it showed pickup was at the Denver International Airport which would have been very convenient for us. Instead, the car was at a parking area far away from the airport and you had to take a shuttle service to pick it up. We were not sent any instructions about pickup until after our reservation began. We kindly asked to receive the instructions before or on time in order to make our way over to get to the car. Because of the late instructions and the goose chase to find the shuttle and get to the car, we missed our appointment. The interior of the car was nice and clean. These tires were all season tires and were extremely worn out and in snowy conditions we were sliding around. I think the description of the vehicle should clearly state that pickup is not directly at the airport because it is very deceiving. It is important to have better tires that are meant for the Denver snow to avoid any type of accident.

Requested airport pick up when booking but upon receiving my trip details found out I had to board a shuttle to a offsite parking lot which was 20 minutes from the airport. This added 45 minutes to my trip each way. Very inconvenient.
