As soon as I picked up the vehicle it started making a loud rattling sound coming from the engine area. Then was asked to look under the car to see what it could possibly be, mind you I’m no mechanic. Turned out I had to get the car towed away and had to wait hours for another vehicle to get delivered to me. Definitely wasted a lot of time on my vacation dealing with car issues.

A mechanical issue like this is never acceptable and not the experience we aim to provide. The vehicle was immediately taken out of rotation, inspected, and serviced after your trip. The car was exceptionally clean, and the host did a great job explaining important things to be aware of while driving in Colorado. That guidance was really helpful. I absolutely loved the car!
