The car was decent everything else was not convenient at all. Booked the car for a certain time , the co host (multiple) , one of them communicated the car was ready but smelt like smoke. ( throughout the entire trip I received numerous communication about smoke , and how it isn’t allowed
This was a last-minute booking, and we worked to accommodate the trip as quickly as possible. The vehicle was prepared early as a courtesy, but there was a brief delay while final turnover was completed. The smoke reminders were sent proactively due to prior smoking-related concerns tied to the guest profile and were simply reminders of Turo’s no-smoking policy. We did our best to accommodate the trip on short notice and told him "it's ready but give me a few minutes to finish these other cars"
