The vehicle itself was great and worked well for what we needed, but the pickup and drop-off process was much more inconvenient than our previous Turo experiences. After a long flight with a toddler, the wait for the shuttle and drive to the parking lot was frustrating. The car seat we paid extra for was also very dirty.
The host was responsive, sent plenty of communication, but at one point felt rude and blunt. Overall, the vehicle was great, but the experience felt more like renting a car than the convenient Turo experience we’re used to.

Thanks for the feedback. For context, ID verification was not completed until 15 minutes after the trip began, despite multiple reminders, which can delay pickup. We simply advised submitting it earlier in the future. The car seat was also clean and confirmed in pre-trip photos. It is steam-cleaned between uses; however, the light gray fabric does retain some permanent staining/marks despite being fully cleaned and sanitized.
Very nice and clean car. Would definitely rent it again.
