Truck was super clean and easy to book. I was able to reserve it right before my trip. Zack was super awesome to work with. His communication was amazing. Anytime I sent a message with any questions. He responded in minutes. Look forward to renting from him again in the future

Overall, our experience was more stressful than we had hoped. We were traveling with our three kids and ran into an issue late at night, which was difficult to navigate.
Communication was only through the app, which made things feel a bit harder to sort through in the moment, and it took some time to get everything resolved, including adding me as a driver.
We were also charged an additional $200, which felt tough given the overall experience.
Sharing this in hopes it helps improve communication and the guest experience moving forward.
Your husbands license was expired which created the delay. Instead of canceling it I talked with you later in the evening to resolve it. Pretty disappointing thank after working with you and getting you into the car only 30 mins late you rated us based on the expired license issue.

Car was great outside of tire noise. Perfect for getting our crew up to winter park. Allow plenty of time for the pick up and drop off. It’s a process. 30-40 min round trip.
