Car was as advertised but the listing does not specify that the car pick up and drop off is offsite at a lot called Park DIA, logistically not smooth and adds significant time to the airport pick up and drop off process. Also, car seat was available but asked for rear facing and it was set up as forward facing, this required us to have to watch YouTube videos on how to rotate the car seat while wrangling a toddler.
Yikes this guest clearly did not read any of my messages. Immediately after booking, he received a message explaining the pickup process, which is based on the rental car rules at DEN. And the rear facing seat was exactly as advertised and rear facing. I think the guest just didn’t know how to use the latches.
