The not so great: A few days before the trip I updated the drop off and pickup location for the car to be at the Denver airport. I didn’t want to hassle with calling an uber both ways to drop off and get the car. This location change was an additional $160 and non-refundable, but for the convenience of the car being at the airport, I decided to bite the bullet. Shortly after the payment went through on my card I received instructions from Hao that the car was at a lot partnered with the airport, but not actually the airport.
This lot was 15-20 mins away (further than the first location!) and required a shuttle to get to and from. Had I known this information before hand, I would not have updated the location for that much money. It was somewhat of an inconvenience and didn’t make sense for the hefty price to update the location.
Besides that, the rental was fine. I would rank the trip 4 stars but I think it’s important that people are made aware of this before hand which is why I’m ranking it 3.

All Turo vehicles at Denver Airport are located offsite, and guests use a shuttle or transportation to reach the vehicle. This car was at The Parking Spot South, which offers a free 24/7 shuttle to the terminal. Pickup instructions and location details are provided in advance in the listing and trip messages.
