Car was very dirty upon pickup.
Both interior and exterior needs to be cleaned.

Carseat was damp and a tad dirty. Interior of car had used sunflower seeds next to the seat, didn’t appear to be washed before use.

I have a sensitive nose and found the smell of the vehicle to smell like smoke upon arrival. However, the car drop great with an easy pick up and return process!
