Car was over 30 min late. Not in good condition. Awful hosts. Car seats were disgusting, cup holders weren’t even usable. Will not use this host again

Car was good, messaging was good, phone help was good. Location was not great because the app wasn’t working when I arrived here both times, making the process of checking in and out a pain. There needs to be improvement with the technology and some easy way to work around the app not working.
