Host gave clear instructions on how to return car/pick up car. However, the apple car play on the vehicle does not work as advertised. Whenever I messaged the Jimmy about the apple car play, he did not respond to my messages and ignored them.

Your initial CarPlay/Bluetooth messages were sent after our 8:00 PM support hours, so they were not seen that evening. We also see your follow-up the next afternoon and apologize that it was missed. We’ll inspect the CarPlay system and continue improving our response process.
Pickup and drop off were extremely easy. 4/5 stars because the car did have a check engine light come on during our trip. We messaged the host and called support and all was sorted out.

The quality of the car is great. I felt a little uncomfortable because there was some miscommunication with the driver which caused me to shorten my trip other than that it was great
