Easy…great communication.

The pickup process was a little involved just because you have to go to parking spot shuttles to be taken to the lot, and the west side was closed so I had to walk back to the east side of the airport to find the shuttle. Nobody’s fault, just a bit of a process. The shuttle ride is about 15 minutes so you have to budget time for waiting for the shuttle, riding to the lot, and then finding the car. But not a huge difference as compared to a traditional rental car. The car itself was fine. No issues. A little dusty with bugs on the windshield but nothing too crazy. Overall it was a good rental.
