The vehicle was pretty banged up on the outside and had a pretty bad shake to it. There were options to look at it, but just seemed inconvenient as I was on vacation and visiting with family so I just drove it as is.
Unfortunately none of this is even accurate, not sure how this is banged up? Has no dents or scratches but one minor one on trunk lid, very minor.
Guest was extremely difficult, communication was awful. She mentioned a shake, literally week old nice new tires. We offered her like 5 options and nothing was good for her, then just left us without replying ever. We even offered to buy her lunch if she wanted to stop at the your shop 3 miles away. Just a really confusing experience.
