The car was conveniente to pick up and drop off. It was clean with some external and internal wear and tear. I was def shocked that there was barely any windshield washer fluid especially since Colorado had been extremely dry and dusty. It made for a pretty dangerous ride home from my trip because I could barely see out the windshield. If you are going to rent out an older vehicle, I feel like you need to keep all the fluids filled. The steering wheel pulls extremely hard to the right, so that’s another reason I couldn’t put 5 stars. The brakes are also really squeaky, which can cause someone to be nervous especially when it isn’t your own car. Simple maintenance would’ve made this a 5 star rating
We are sorry about your disappointment, the brakes are almost new, we always put a gallon of windshield washer fluid in before each trip and the alignment was just done when we installed upgraded bolts for the camber adjustment. Maybe you went through water and dirt making the brakes squeek a little during your trip, but currently we could not get them to make noise. We are mechanics and are always on top of the maintenance of all our vehicles.
