The car worked great but for a late evening pick up. It sucked having to find out one of the tires was low. And having to stop to fill it up close to 11pm on an unfamiliar part of town. And unlucky that all three gas stations on the way were either broken air machines are they didn’t actually fill up the tire.

Great company and responsive. The car drove smooth and new, a bit cosmetic problems but not show stopper. However, if you are local to the area, click the address area on the app, or look up The Parking Spot South, do not go rogue and just Google rideshare lot for DEN. I will rent with them again.

The Durango was not in good shape. There were chips, scrapes, and dents all over the exterior as well as a missing air vent on the front. We had two booster seats ordered (which we even confirmed the day before) and only one was in the car when we showed. They did quickly get us a 2nd booster, but it was filthy and covered in dirt. The car was shown as a low mileage 2026, so shocking the state it was in.
