Jimmy was amazing he went to pick up location to ensure everything was good with us and the vehicle and made sure we were ok during our trip. Amazing snow tires we had to drive through some snow and it was smooth with no issues would def recommend and book again.

This was no the car I had originally reserved. This substitute was less than what I had requested, and yet they charge me the same. I was in a crunch and needed a vehicle, but it was a massive inconvenience. This SUV was not 4x4/awd. The host was communicative, but these last minute issues were disappointing to experience.
Mario we apologized the previous renter didn't return the 2013 Sequoia you had originally booked . This Durango was a massive upgrade that's usually much more expensive and we even threw in a free roof top cargo box a $180 value . This Durango also is AWD 4X4 And even has winter tires where rhe Sequoia was just regular street tires . Im not sure why youre saying its not 4x4 . This Durango has 100k less miles and 10 years newer then the vehicle you booked . We went above and beyond on Christmas
