The host (Kyle) communicated great, provided helpful tips, and made it easy to pick up the vehicle. The only issue was the vehicle made a weird metal scraping sound like a wheel bearing or something was going bad. I didn’t feel safe keeping it so I requested an early return. Kyle was super cooperative and again made it easy to complete the process.

Vehicle was not vacuumed out prior to rental. Car seats were dirty and needed to be run through a wash cycle. Vehicle barely started. Sounds like it need a new starter. Thankful that it worked for my trip but would not rent it again. Owner was responsive and kind despite issues I had w vehicle.
