Car was great. It wasn’t perfectly clean, but my big problem was when I arrive to the car. I had to wait a long time to get the lockbox location and code.

Location was far away from the airport, the key was not available when I arrived and had to wait an additional 35 minutes. Car was fine

The pick up location was confusing. I was told it was at one location and upon arrival I received a message with a different address that was about 10 miles away. Upon arriving to that location, I found location was vacant and there were absolutely no vehicles there. So I returned back to the original location and called the customer service line to find out that it was at the original location. I received multiple messages from multiple people which was expected however, the information in each message was conflicting. I spent $75 on transportation between the locations. Upon arrival, the outside of the vehicle was dirty and I had to take it immediately to the car wash so it could be presentable. Although this confusion took place, I would rent from this company again. The vehicle was in good condition and was clean on the inside. The vehicle ran great and now that I understand their process I would rent from them again. That is why they got a three star instead of a one. If they could consolidate all the confusing messages into one message with clear instructions, especially with the location they would’ve got a 10 star.
