Car was good. Did have to wait for an hour after my appt pick up time cause id wasnt approved and was not notified what was needed til I texted. Then car wasnt read there at the spot.

This was unfortunately a frustrating experience. During our trip, the vehicle displayed ongoing warning alerts indicating the trunk was not closed, which did not resolve while we had the car. This created concern around safety and normal use.
I attempted to contact the host multiple times by call and text for assistance but did not receive a timely response. Instead, I later received late-night messages asking me to troubleshoot the issue myself, which I was not comfortable doing as a renter.
When the vehicle was picked up, the issue was dismissed as a “non-issue,” despite the warning lights and inconvenience throughout the trip. Communication, timing, and overall professionalism could definitely be improved.
I would recommend future renters ensure clear expectations around communication and vehicle condition before booking.
