Had to choose star rating to be able to submit the review. Should really be a 0 star rating. This was a horrible rental experience.
1- at the last minute, pick-up location was changed. Very inconvenient.
2- car exterior was extremely dirty
3- car interior was extremely dirty. There was even leftover trash from previous rental.
4- I paid for car seat and did not get one. Refund was given but I really needed that car seat.
5- Turo app is horrible for checking out and completing return process.
6- would’ve been nice to have received a credit of some kind for this horrible rental experience.

Excellent value for a great vehicle. Shuttle stop is on the way out of airport, so offsite parking doesn’t add any additional time.
