Car was great. Process was terrible.
Generally don’t leave reviews when negative, but felt I had to after the last straw. Initial location for pick up was confusing (2 different addresses given). Went to wrong address. Uber over to correct location. Broken lock box. An hour and 20 minutes later (with my family waiting in the airport) finally got the key. Dropped off the car, no problem. 4 days later I get a $965 mileage charge, which was simply incorrect. Talked to the only positive person during multiple interactions…Paul, who was helpful. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and cleared up the mistake on their end.
Overall, incredibly frustrating. Would not rent again.
