Terrible. My rental started at 08:00, I arrived at 08:15, was told it wasn't ready, with zero explanation. Then, I waited, standing in a parking lot, for over 20 minutes for a car with electrical problems (the USB was inop), so my phone wouldn't charge, and used male stripper gear was left in the glove box. I was driving 2 hours to DEN to return the car, and my phone died because there was no USB, and I messaged them to say my phone was dying but I was returning the car on time, and I returned it 30 minutes early. Because my phone was dead, I charged it in the parking lot shuttle van, and got a message to them saying what lot it was in. They have now sent me a message saying I have not returned the car and am to be charged extra.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves it.
This is now the third time I’ve had issues renting from this host. Previous rentals already had problems with the car not being available at pickup, and this trip was no different in terms of disappointment. The vehicle I received had a bad tire, which made it unsafe to drive from the start.
I reported the issue right away and was told I could come in for a replacement. I showed up twice, expecting a simple swap, and both times I was given the runaround with no actual solution. That cost me extra gas, time, and unnecessary stress.
What makes it worse is that I rented this car to spend quality time with my fiancée, my son, and my family. Instead of enjoying that time, I was dealing with an unreliable vehicle and poor communication.
At the end of the day, safety should be a priority, and it clearly wasn’t here. Between the repeated issues, lack of accountability, and wasted time, I can’t recommend renting from this host.
