Eric was an absolutely amazing Turo host! He made the entire rental process incredibly easy and stress-free from start to finish. The car was clean, fully gassed, and exactly as described. Eric was also one of the most accommodating and responsive hosts we’ve ever had—he truly went above and beyond to make everything convenient for us. We had such a great experience and would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and exceptional Turo experience!

Communication was good and pickup was easy…just a short shuttle ride to the parking lot.
However, I was surprised by the host’s instructions to get the car washed before returning it, We operate a Turo fleet of 25 cars in CA and we have never asked our guests to take time out of their trip to do this. We ended up having to get to the airport earlier so that we had time to take it through the carwash, vacuum it and wipe down the mats. In my experience, and how we run our fleet, the cleaning of the vehicle is left to the host after the trip is concluded.
Other than that, trip was great and the car was good for our road trip through CO.

Its optional you are not required guest asked so much in the past we just include it if u want to run it thru the wash great if not no worries. Comparing California to Colorado is the mojor difference. Colorado especially in the winter time vehicles get extremely dirty. Alot of guest appreciate they can take the vehicle thru a wash midtrip cause the road devices smears and u can't actually see out of windows. We always clean other hosts car before we return when we rent thats just us though.
