Overall, our trip with Zach’s suburban was great. We had six people and ski gear and were able to get it all to fit due to the large size of the vehicle. There are two reasons I deducted a star. The first is that the car was advertised as having “snow tires” as one of the features. This unfortunately is not correct, as the car only had standard all season tires. When traveling to Colorado to ski, I always filter the Turo options to find something with snow tires given the beast that is I-70 during the winter. I feel having this car listed as having snow tires is misleading and ultimately can be a safety issue. The other reason I deducted a star is because the car could have been cleaned a little better inside prior to pickup - we found a partially consumed Gatorade and crumbs all over the back seats.
