Car was excellent, ran smoothly, fit our family of 6 with luggage easily. Great ride. Pickup is a little ordeal to get to the shuttle and then take a bus to the lot but I’ve found that with any Turo I’ve done at Denver airport. Instructions were clear just takes extra time. Car seats were ready to go, good communication.

The host was nice and accommodating, but unfortunately the vehicle was not well maintained. One day after pickup, the engine oil warning came on, and when we checked, there was no engine oil left in the car. I called the host, and he said the oil did need to be changed and advised us to add oil for the time being. We purchased engine oil and added it to the vehicle.
A few hours later, the key fob battery died. Then, before our departure to drive to DEN for our flight, which was about two hours away from our base location, the car would not start for about 20 minutes. Luckily, we had a mechanic with us who was able to get the car started so we could make it to the drop-off location.
The host was kind and responsive throughout, but the car should have been better maintained to prevent these issues for guests. Overall, the trip was stressful and interrupted multiple times because of the vehicle, so I would not recommend this rental.
