The car ‘juddered’ when braking downhill. I had to engine brake downhill and stay below 50mph for whole drive. When I contacted the owner he first said it was probably bumps on the road. And then he said ‘it’s probably fine’.
We've had a dealership inspect the brakes and there were no issues found. As we explained when driving with lane assist on, tire grooves in the mountain roads, and driving too fast in a vehicle this large, these "juddering" sensations happen. We've sent the mechanics report to Turo for further documentation on the vehicles brake condition.
