These guys were great! They helped me get out of a bad situation with another rental from a different host where the AC in the car went out on me. They put me in a nice Volkswagen Tiguan. Unfortunately, after 2 days of having it, the check engine light came on and it had some sort of leak. But Airflux was on it! They were super quick to solve the issue. They even let me pick out a different vehicle and they brought it to where I was staying within a couple of hours. The upgrade to the BMW x5 was amazing, what a beautiful vehicle! It was a joy to drive for the remainder of my trip. Their customer service is top notch. I will definitely be using these guys the next time I use Turo, and I would recommend them to anyone!
