Beautiful car, was great for the mountains, clean, loved having the moon roof, great sound system, amazing on gas, easy pickup and drop off. Would absolutely rent from Miguel again!

Hi Lynea, I’m sorry you didn’t feel communication was up to your standards. I did send you instructions for pickup and drop off as required. Not sure what issues you had that you marked “brakes” as an area of improvement but the car is always serviced, brakes are months few months old, I only use performance parts in my cars, no squeals and the car stops as needed. I hope the rest of your trip offered a good experience.
Miguel was incredibly helpful with an earlier than scheduled car pick up and super responsive. The car was perfectly clean and wonderful to get up the mountain in. Would rent again!

host was really great! pickup was way more convenient than other turo hosts who use the remote lots.
only issue was with the BMW X3... had several mechanical issues, but nothing that was a deal-breaker. in the end, everything turned out fine, just not without issue (minus one star).
