Aaron was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. The vehicle was well-maintained, clean, and drove great. Pickup was incredibly convenient and seamless from the short-term parking area.
If I could offer one minor suggestion, it would be to have the drop-off location match the pickup location rather than the ParkMyShare lot. The lot itself was easy to find and the process was straightforward, but it added roughly an hour to get from drop-off to airport security. It’s not a major negative, just something future renters should plan for when scheduling their departure.
Overall, this was a great experience. Aaron made the process easy, the car was excellent, and I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend both Aaron and his vehicle to others.
