The host was great and quick to respond! The car was great! The Q5 was cute, a smooth ride and I enjoyed driving it. The only thing is that the back windows are tinted pretty dark (made it hard to see out of them with sunglasses on) and there wasn’t an adapter in the car to charge my phone. However, the host kindly offered to reimburse me for the adapter if I wanted to purchase one. Unfortunately, I didn’t take the time to do so. Pickup and drop off directions were easy. Would rent again!
