The owners were nice to work with and the car seat option was fantastic. I liked the car overall. Unfortunately on the last bit of our trip, The Kia broke down on the highway. The rental providers were able to make a quick change to another car, luckily we were in town. I found the Turo check in/out process vague and hard to follow, and roadside assistance was slow, hard to understand and not actually helpful. I was glad the car owner was much more helpful and easy to coordinate with than Turo the company was.

Your safety was our number one concern and we're so grateful for your willingness to work with us as we tried to make right the awful situation. Turo was definitely a challenge, but thankfully the tow company was extremely helpful. I hope your trip home was smooth sailing!
Picking up vehicles at BGR is always convenient. The vehicle was ready on time to be picked up upon my arrival. Communication with the host was prompt and all questions were immediately answered. Thank you!
