This car has to be the smoothest car I’ve ever driven! Great host as well!

I was really surprised when I got to the spot where the suv was parked. The address included does not take you where the car is actually parked. I had to call to find out where the vehicle was parked. I submitted my license photo the day before but for some reason the system was not acting right, so he had to take the picture when I got there. The hand off of keys was a decent experience. However, when I got in the car I was a bit disappointed. It was not what I expected. The driver door was making noise. The cloth in the ceiling had stains and the appearance just was not what I expected. Once I started driving it, I notice that it made a squeaking noise. I rented this vehicle to go to Florida for a vacation but I decided to just drive my own suv because I did not feel like this suv was going to do what needed to be done, which was get me there safely. I left it parked at my home all weekend. I think it needs some things fixed and just over all tlc. The drop off was also a hassle. The key box to leave the key in would not open with the code provided. I called and he did not answer. He just text back and told me to leave it on the passenger rear tire. I would have definitely not rented had I known the condition!
