This was my first time renting from Kim Brown and when I tell you it was the best experience in the world. The pick up and drop of was so easy. The car was beautiful & CLEAN! I actually that I was a celebrity! The best part of this entire experience is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hands down I never met someone so nice and willing to help and answer questions so promptly and professionally! I give this one million ratings and will definitely rent again!! Thank you for and awesome experience especially me being a first time renter!
