The vehicle was very nice. My 12-hour trip(one way) did not seem that long as the vehicle literally could drive itself. Definitely something to get used to. Very smooth ride and when I did drive it was very responsive. The seats were not as comfortable as I expected for this high-end vehicle but I guess they can't get everything right. Always need room for improvement.
The renting process was a headache as what I originally reserved had to go to the shop. The owner was kind and upgraded my rental for both extra cost however Turo took money out of my account for a deposit that I was not told about ahead of time. The owner tried to discuss the issue with Turo to have my funds returned but it did not happen. I will be waiting another week for the refund of that money.
