The vehicle was great at first. Pick up was easy and host was great. But the second to last day of my trip I was driving down the interstate and the vehicle over heated and I had no choice but to shut it down. Thank god I wasn’t too far from my husband cause that could have been a lot worse. But the host was amazing and quick to respond
Hi Stephanie! I apologize for the issues you faced. Fortunately it was just a coolant hose fitting that broke at some point during your trip that I was able to easily fix so the Tahoe should be good to go the next time you rent. I also waived your excessive mileage fee due to the inconvenience.
