Communication was needed for pick up location that was not correct/location of vehicle in public parking lot and for location of key. There was a mild odor upon entering vehicle. I am not sure if it’s due to the air freshener that was used or prior customers. When I messaged the owner I was left on read regarding the smell.
We apologize for any inconvenience. The pickup location is automatically sent at booking, and we have not previously had issues with guests locating the vehicle. We also apologize for any concerns regarding the air fresheners used during detailing and appreciate the feedback. Based on our records, the messages received did not appear to require a response, though we apologize for any miscommunication this may have caused.
