Car had a STRONG weed smell inside. Messaged the “host” and throughout the whole process had multiple different people message about different parts of the booking. All I was told was to roll the windows down for a little and they’ll deal with it afterwards. It gave us a headache as we had to be in the car for a good bit and was unpleasant each time we got in the car. Be cautious if you want a car that is odor free upon pickup and for your trip.

Our team cleaned and deodorized it immediately, but some residual odor remained due to the short turnaround. After your trip, the vehicle received additional deep cleaning and odor treatment.
